Our base price is $50. This includes the first two notary stamps - additional stamps are $10 each. The exact cost will depend on your document and any additional services needed such as real estate closings, estate planning documents, providing witnesses, and travel outside our 20 mile home radius.

No, at this time we do not offer notary services in any language other than English. A notary is only able to notarize a document in a foreign language as long as the notary is fluent in the language and the document is in a language the notary can read and understand.

Yes, we are bonded and insured for errors and omissions to protect our clients in case of any mistakes or errors during the notarization process.
You will need to show a valid government-issued ID, the document to be notarized, and any other necessary paperwork or forms. Any witnesses required by your document(s) will also need to bring a valid government-issued ID.
We offer a range of notary public services, including notarizing documents, administering oaths and affirmations, and certifying copies of documents, and guiding a home buyer/seller through closing documents.
We can notarize a variety of documents, including affidavits, power of attorney (POA), wills, deeds, trust documents, property & Escrow documents, child custody documents, divorce documents, and more.
At this time, we do not offer remote online notarizations (RONs). We will meet you at your location or we can determine a mutually acceptable location such as a coffee shop or library.
It is best to wait to complete your documents until we are with you. Some documents can be confusing. You are welcome to email a scan of your documents to us to review prior to your appointment at [email protected]
We can provide witnesses for you. There is an additional fee of $25 per witness. Many documents require two witnesses and specify the witness cannot be related to the signer(s) by blood, adoption, or marriage.
